Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ZERG3RRBOT ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Note: This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or Kick.

Information We Collect

Information from Twitch

When you log in with your Twitch account, we receive and store:

• Your Twitch username and display name
• Your Twitch user ID
• Your profile picture URL
• Your follow status and follow date for tracked channels

Information from Kick

You can sign in with Kick without a Twitch account. When you authorize a Kick connection, we store:

• Your immutable Kick user and channel IDs, channel name, and display name
• An internal account identifier and, if you choose to link Twitch, the linked Twitch account ID
• Encrypted access and refresh tokens, their expiry, granted permissions, and event subscription identifiers
• Channel connection status, stream status, received event counts, and delivery outcomes

In connected Kick channels, we process chat message text, message and sender IDs, display names, timestamps, and the role or subscriber information provided with a message. We use this information for enabled commands, games, moderation, and channel activity reports. We store configured commands, game questions and quotes, active rounds, queue and raffle entries, game scores, and planned moderation actions. Daily unique-chatter records use keyed subject hashes scoped to the channel and day. Kick reports describe received chat and events; they do not measure watch time or silent viewers.

We also process received follow, subscription, and subscription-gift events, including participant IDs, names, and timestamps where provided. A channel owner can enable public chat notices for these events. Anonymous gift events do not provide a named gifter.

If a channel owner separately authorizes Kick rewards, we store the selected reward IDs, titles, costs, configured actions and reply templates. Redemption records include the redemption and reward IDs, participant ID, time, status, and delivery decision. We also process any participant text included in the redemption event. These records support configured chat replies, queue or raffle entry, and requests to accept or reject pending redemptions in Kick.

Linking Twitch is optional. Kick identities, game progress, and activity reports remain separate from Twitch viewer records. An explicitly linked channel can use compatible Twitch command text and quotes on Kick. We do not receive or store your Kick password.

Twitch Viewing Activity Data

While you watch Twitch streams on channels that use our bot, we collect:

• Time spent watching streams (active and idle time)
• Chat messages sent in tracked channels
• Participation in chat games (trivia answers, hangman guesses)
• Achievement progress and completion

Dashboard Usage

When you use our web dashboard, we collect:

• Pages visited and features used
• Dashboard visit frequency
• Browser type and device information
• For new streamer registrations, the first landing path, referring website hostname, and standard UTM campaign values. We do not retain the full referring URL.

Security and Action Audit Records

To protect accounts and investigate problems, we record selected logins, logouts, access failures, administrative access, and changes made in the app. These records may include:

• For Twitch actions, your Twitch user ID, login, and active app role when known
• The timestamp, route, action, affected resource, outcome, and response status
• For selected feature settings, the previous and new on/off state and whether the change came from the app, a moderator, or the bot
• A request identifier used to connect related operational events
• One-way keyed hashes of your IP address and browser user-agent string; the durable audit record does not store the raw values

Kick account action records contain the internal account identifier, action, HTTP method, response status, and timestamp. They do not contain raw chat text, access or refresh tokens, IP addresses, or browser user-agent strings.

Sponsored Challenge Prizes

If you participate in or win an official sponsored challenge, we process:

• Your immutable Twitch user ID, current display name, qualifying score, and the channel and challenge involved
• The prize's declared provider, value, currency, and eligible region
• Award, claim, reveal, cancellation, and security-audit timestamps
• Your eligibility attestation time and the version of the Official Rules you accepted; we do not collect your street address or precise location for this attestation

Redemption codes are encrypted at rest with a dedicated key. Plaintext enters the Service only through the restricted inventory-entry form and is returned only to the authenticated winning Twitch account. Both the entry and winner claim documents omit analytics and third-party scripts; the reveal document also disables browser caching. We do not place redemption codes in application logs, analytics events, streamer dashboards, or public chat.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Display your viewing statistics and achievements on your dashboard
• Calculate leaderboard rankings and honor scores
• Track progress on daily challenges and attendance streaks
• Enable chat-based games like trivia and hangman
• Run channel commands, queues and raffles, and configured moderation actions on Kick
• Provide streamers with aggregate analytics about their community
• Improve and maintain our service
• Protect accounts, investigate failed or unauthorized actions, and maintain an application audit trail
• Determine, secure, and audit fulfillment of official sponsored challenge prizes

Information Sharing

We share your information in the following ways:

• With Streamers: Streamers can see aggregate data and leaderboards for their channel, including usernames and statistics of viewers who participate.
• Public Leaderboards: Your username and statistics may appear on public leaderboards within the dashboard.
• Chat Announcements: Achievement completions and milestones may be announced in Twitch chat with your username. When an official sponsored prize is ready, the winner's current or most recently known Twitch login may be announced in the identified streamer's public channel with a claim link, but never with the redemption code. Public Twitch messages may remain in Twitch or third-party chat records after our own identity mapping is erased, and we cannot retract copies controlled by others.
• Kick Chat Replies and Moderation: Bot replies are public in the connected Kick channel and may include a participant's name, game score, queue position, or raffle result. Enabled event notices can announce follows, subscriptions, or subscription gifts with the participant names provided by Kick. Configured moderation sends message IDs or target user IDs to Kick to request deletion, a timeout, a ban, or an unban. An owner-configured reward reply may also publish text supplied with a redemption. Reward settlement sends the redemption ID to Kick to request acceptance or rejection. Removing data here does not remove existing public messages or copies retained by Kick or other parties.
• Kick Game Overlays: Enabled overlays can display game state and queue participants' names in a stream. Anyone holding an owner's private OBS link can view the limited game data it exposes until that link expires or the connection changes. Owners should keep those links private.
• Analytics Services: Our internal dashboard activity records can be linked to a Twitch user ID so we can review account and feature usage. PostHog may also process website interaction and browser/device data under its analytics identifiers, according to your analytics-cookie preference. We use these records to understand and improve the service; we do not describe all of this data as anonymous or purely aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Kick Privacy Controls

Sign in with the same Kick account and open your Kick settings to manage its connection or delete its data. A Twitch account is not required. The Twitch retention, opt-out, and data-export controls above do not configure Kick data.

• Disconnect Kick: Stops collection for your connected channel, cancels queued work, clears active game, queue, and raffle state, and removes stored credentials. Your app account, configured commands and content, historical scores, and activity reports remain so you can reconnect. Disconnecting your channel does not erase your participation in other connected channels.
• Delete Kick Account: Removes your Kick app account and its channel data, including credentials, commands, content, reports, and queued work. It also erases that Kick identity's stored scores, queue and raffle participation, pending chat, and identified moderation records across connected channels. Deleting your Kick app account does not delete an optionally linked Twitch account.
• Prevent Recollection: After deletion, we retain a keyed identity hash and deletion timestamps to prevent silently collecting that Kick identity again. Collection resumes only after you complete a fresh Kick authorization started after deletion. Non-identifying aggregate counts in other channels remain.
• Provider Permissions: Disconnect and deletion attempt to remove event subscriptions and revoke the grant at Kick. If that cleanup cannot be confirmed, the dashboard directs you to remove the app from your Kick account. Existing public chat messages remain outside our deletion controls.

Deleting a linked Twitch account through its privacy-erasure workflow also removes the linked Kick app account and that Kick identity's participation. For Kick data-access or correction requests not available in the dashboard, contact the streamer who operates the bot for the channel.

Data Retention

By default, we retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. However, you have control over your data retention:

• Twitch Chat Messages: You can choose to have chat messages automatically deleted after 45 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
• Twitch Viewing Statistics: Retained to maintain your historical progress and leaderboard standings unless you request deletion.
• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account or request complete data deletion.
• Twitch Security and Action Audit Records: Once a record is more than 400 days old, a daily maintenance task deletes it; depending on task timing, deletion may occur on the following daily run. If you complete a privacy-erasure request earlier, your actor ID, login, client hashes, and an identifying affected-resource value are removed from these records while the non-identifying event history remains until its scheduled retention cleanup.
• Kick Chat and Delivery Records: Raw event payloads are cleared after processing, and reply text is cleared when delivery finishes. Scheduled cleanup expires unprocessed events and unsent replies older than one day. Completed event and delivery records are generally eligible for cleanup after seven days, with exceptions for unresolved deliveries. Transport receipt identifiers are retained for thirty days. Reply fingerprints normally expire after ten minutes; fingerprints for an unconfirmed send can remain for seven days after recovery, including across reconnects.
• Other Kick Data: Individual score-event records are eligible for cleanup after thirty days, daily activity and unique-chatter records after ninety days, and account action records after ninety days. Reward redemption records and non-identifying redemption fingerprints are eligible for cleanup after thirty days; redemption identity checks remain while a settlement is pending, retrying, or being sent. Account details, channel settings, commands, content, and cumulative game scores and reward mappings remain until account deletion. Active round, queue, and raffle state also clears when its tool is disabled or the channel is disconnected. Automatic cleanup runs in batches while the integration service is active and resumes after service interruptions. Eligible records may remain until a later cleanup run. The deletion-prevention identity hash described above remains after account deletion.
• Sponsored Prizes: An authenticated winner may reveal an awarded code until the exact deadline 720 hours after the campaign's scheduled end; requests at or after that timestamp are closed. Unclaimed inventory is released when applicable; claimed prize audit records are retained in pseudonymized form as needed to prevent duplicate fulfillment, investigate abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Official Rules Snapshot: The campaign's channel Twitch ID and login, dates, game, and prize metadata remain as a narrow immutable historical rules record, including after the streamer later requests erasure. This is separate from the winning viewer identity mapping, which is released for an unclaimed prize or pseudonymized after claim.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you; Twitch data export is available in Privacy Settings
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data through the applicable Twitch or Kick controls described above
• Opt out of Twitch collection or disconnect your own Kick channel
• Control how long your Twitch chat messages are retained

You can manage Twitch data through your Privacy Settings (log in to access). For Kick connection and deletion controls, use Kick settings. For other requests, please contact the streamer who operates the bot for their channel.
