When you log in with your Twitch account, we receive and store:
- Your Twitch username and display name
- Your Twitch user ID
- Your profile picture URL
- Your follow status and follow date for tracked channels
Viewing Activity Data
While you watch streams on channels that use our bot, we collect:
- Time spent watching streams (active and idle time)
- Chat messages sent in tracked channels
- Participation in chat games (trivia answers, hangman guesses)
- Achievement progress and completion
Dashboard Usage
When you use our web dashboard, we collect:
- Pages visited and features used
- Dashboard visit frequency
- Browser type and device information
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Display your viewing statistics and achievements on your dashboard
- Calculate leaderboard rankings and honor scores
- Track progress on daily challenges and attendance streaks
- Enable chat-based games like trivia and hangman
- Provide streamers with aggregate analytics about their community

Information Sharing
We share your information in the following ways:
- With Streamers: Streamers can see aggregate data and leaderboards for their channel, including usernames and statistics of viewers who participate.
- Public Leaderboards: Your username and statistics may appear on public leaderboards within the dashboard.
- Chat Announcements: Achievement completions and milestones may be announced in Twitch chat with your username.
- Analytics Services: We use analytics services to understand how our dashboard is used. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your Privacy Controls
We give you control over your data. Through your Privacy Settings (available when logged in) page, you can:
- Set Chat Message Retention: Choose how long your chat messages are stored (forever, 1 year, 6 months, 3 months, or 45 days). Messages older than your selected period are automatically deleted.
- Opt Out of Data Collection: Pause all data collection while keeping your existing data accessible. You can opt back in at any time to resume tracking.
- Export Your Data: Download a complete copy of all your data in JSON format, including statistics, chat history, and achievements.
- Delete All Your Data: Permanently remove all your data from our systems. This action is irreversible and will remove you from all leaderboards and rankings.
Data Retention
By default, we retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. However, you have control over your data retention:
- Chat Messages: You can choose to have chat messages automatically deleted after 45 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
- Viewing Statistics: Retained to maintain your historical progress and leaderboard standings unless you request deletion.
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account or request complete data deletion.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (via Data Export)
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (via Privacy Settings)
- Opt out of data collection (via Privacy Settings)
- Control how long your chat messages are retained
You can exercise most of these rights directly through your Privacy Settings (log in to access). For other requests, please contact the streamer who operates the bot for their channel.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our dashboard is used.
